Office Administrator

Required for the start of Summer Term

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well organised, ambitious, highly motivated, and solution focused individual to join our school family.

We are looking for someone to work alongside the School Bursar to enhance and develop our current systems and procedures. You will be responsible, alongside the School Bursar, for managing the day-to day operations of the school office, ensuring an excellent service for parents, staff and the wider community. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in a similar role.
  • Be responsible for aspects of the school including: Attendance, School MIS and Communication, Health & Safety and supporting the School Bursar.
  • Work in partnership with senior leaders.
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge of Schools MIS systems (ideally Bromcom).
  • Be friendly, flexible, professional, and hardworking.
  • Work well as part of a team, whilst using your own initiative.
  • Be willing to support the catholic ethos of our school.

The successful applicant must be sympathetic to the Catholic ethos of the school and will be required to sign the Catholic Education Service contract. This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
